How long does your popcorn stay fresh?
Our popcorn is popped fresh daily and sealed in airtight packaging to ensure maximum crunch. When stored in a cool, dry place, our signature flavors stay fresh for up to 60 days.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes! Many of our savory and sweet flavors are naturally gluten-free. We also offer a selection of vegan-friendly options. Please check the ingredient list on each product page for specific dietary information.
When will my order ship?
We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Can I place a custom order for events or corporate gifts?
Absolutely! City Pop specializes in bulk orders for weddings, parties, and corporate gifting. Contact our team through the 'Bulk Orders' page for custom branding and flavor combinations.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your snacks, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, City Pop ships to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to international destinations in the near future.
